     GOD blessed the Philippines with rich natural resources like minerals and gold! We are blessed with many bank accounts as well! Yes sir, we have them , some accounts are so huge the quadrillion amount is often mentioned. Being kept secret, their existence is unknown to many Filipinos, but in reality, numerous large bank accounts exists whose value is many times more than enough to cover our international debts and make our country the richest in the world . The accounts are ours, they belong to us, created since the early times of Dr. Jose Rizal and up to the time of the late Ferdinand Marcos. Accounts of money and gold in staggering value were created and are scattered around the world. All this accounts will bring us wealth far beyond our imaginations!How did they come up with this account ? One way is like this: Mr. Guess A has so many gold in his possession. Then there is Country O, a country that needs to print money and needs gold to backup this printing. Mr. Guess A will lend Country 0 certain gold commodities for a certain period of time. After the term expires and the maturity arrives, Mr. Guess A will recover from Country O whatever amount the gold worth when it was lent plus the interest. So the account is a sum of money or its equivalent deposited in the bank and subject to withdrawal by the account owner when the terms covering it are met . The transaction has good intention – to help a borrowing country put their economy back into right track. But who created the accounts and what are the accounts for? It is said that most of the latest accounts were put up by the late President Marcos and indicated that the beneficiaries are the Pilipino People. The evidence for this purpose are Marcos’ Letters of Instructions’ which states that 70% of the value is for our country’s welfare, to uplift the lives of the Filipinos and for projects that will raise standard of living at par or higher than most rich and developed countries. Now this is our chance to wipe out poverty and pay our debts we have endured for so long. Now with this act, the most politically maligned president by his detractors, stood as a hero instead. Where are those accounts now and what are the proofs of its existence? The accounts are represented by documents like Gold Bullion Certificates (GBC) and other bank documents said to be entrusted to people whom the President has chosen for its safekeeping. You can imagine that they could be politicians, trusted military officers, businessmen and civilians who found favor in the eye of the late president. One may say this is only a fiction, a pigment of imagination to create a myth of greatness for Marcos. You may doubt where did Marcos got his gold? Remember our country is very rich in natural resources. What I’m telling you is we have gold accounts all over the world and believe it or not, we have them and that is the truth.THE ACCOUNT PLAYERS If you doubt the existence of the accounts, why not go around and ask this particular groups of people transacting inside the malls, restaurants, everywhere, offering to sale or looking to buy the accounts and other commodities. Those people have seen and handled personally the Gold Bullion Certificates (GBCs) and other bank documents. They are genuine papers and I know someone who is the owner of the documents himself. Also, the banks around the world for where the accounts are deposited, are confirming their existence too .Now what can you say about that? After maturity date, the banks have long been asking that it be redeemed for it is earning mind-boggling interest. It is of course natural for the people involved to keep a tight lid, to keep the information from getting to the public, for pandemonium may break loose as the people would like to get their share while the government and the PCCG are always ready to recover them as ill-gotten. A good question will be, if the accounts have matured were they ever recovered? Yes they have matured, some have maturity of 20 years and have lapsed since the departure of Marcos from Malacanang. Recovered? Apparently not. With the huge value of the accounts, the effect of its recovery can’t be hidden as the impact will throw the banking & financial sectors, the government and the community into a frenzy of excitement that we have not yet seen before. Another evidence no recovery was ever made despite being matured is the people who have been working for the recovery are still transacting to recover it. As years passed by and the numerous transactions to recover them failed to materialize one by one, they are coming to a stark conclusion - the recovery seems impossible. Worst, most of the players in these transactions have given up hope. Resigned that they have wasted time, money, effort and their lives only to come up with empty dreams. Our players playing to give us hope have stopped playing.THE LOCKED ACCOUNTS Presently we have a real big problem here. Can we not really recover the matured accounts? Is the situation really hopeless? Is it really impossible to recover them? If the government will help first recover the account before they treat it as ill-gotten, will that help? That of course will not guaranty success. Countless powerful personalities, groups of people and influential corporations, governments of powerful countries have tried secretly- and they all failed. Even the account holders and signatories themselves couldn't do anything! The Marcoses couldn’t do anything! After endless efforts to gather and prepare the documents, raised money for processing their claims, the ending will always seems to be these words by the banks , " something is missing, one more signature is still missing." And bad things turned into worst. After sometime, all the accounts with all the money going with it, has now been mysteriously locked. Still, people have tried their best to unlock it. People clothed with all the power they think is needed, even hold infinite fiscal authority to unlock accounts have failed to unlock it. An ordinary people may say , " so what if is locked ?, I have nothing to do with it, it has nothing to do with me, I don't need it! I can go along fine!" Wrong! That's a very myopic point of view. In reality since the accounts have gobbled up the world’s money, its locking is starving the worlds financial system, like a man without water at the throes of his death. And the clogged financial system will hit everyone with economic failure, excruciating poverty and chaos. America and the rich countries are already suffering. This horrible scenario is affecting everyone, including the ordinary Juan. We have to be concerned. It is becoming a nightmare, our supposed hope and blessing is turning into a curse, just because we could not open the locked accounts. Opening those accounts is not just a matter of survival for the few. It has now become a matter for the world’s survival. Our world financial system is crashing due to the choke of the locked accounts. How did it all happen is still a mystery! All the people, all government leaders must combine their outmost effort to unlock the locked accounts, and let the money flow into our financial system that has bled dry. The door of the accounts are closed. We have to open it! We have to find a way, we have to find the key, or we will die.THE KEY ?Last new years eve, I visited a friend in Tondo who showed me a very interesting piece of paper he got after attending a meeting sponsored by Foundation. Printed on top of the paper is the word "KEY PROGRAM". . Symbols and codes were printed on it. The words : Spiritual & material laws, foundations, Umbrella Code, Seven instruments, PIJAO, JO-VE-RIZ-AL and others can be found written among the symbols. Also on the left side is a website which reads: A search for this website reveals additional information about the key program and the you tube video confirms its central importance by calling it – " a scroll with writings on both sides." Nothing was said about the origin of the program or who has the original copy of it. Further else, there is no way to understand the program as it is littered with symbols and codes, yet it is being presented as the only solution to unlock the locked accounts. Meaning, the Key Program is the key that can open the closed accounts, to solve a problem that seems unsolvable. That was the first time I came across a new and distinct solution other than the usual stuff used in the recovery transactions. Skeptical at first, I continued examining the program, then I began to sense something was special. Hope is dawning on me.GUESS WHO? A note written on the top of paper further says the person who understands the program is the one who can open the accounts, which means he knows how to use it to open the locked accounts. And he is in the Philippines! We can surmise he is a Filipino. But who is he? Why is he not appearing? He is said to be strictly following a process to be able to correctly use the Key Program. Also believe it or not, there is a group of people who is preventing him to achieve his goal because this modern Pharaohs have their own personal interest. We need to help him too! But how can we help him who we do not know? The accounts are not only for the Philippines but for the entire nations of the earth. With your powerful and sophisticated intelligence agencies, I just can not believe you do not have the idea who is the man who can open the accounts. Maybe you need to cooperate with him, to coax him to come out. To overcome the opposition of other groups of people preventing him to come out and unlock the accounts, he is said to have declared that the people must raise their voices, announcing that we really need him, requesting that he must come out now and open the accounts. And that’s why foundation and all those people who attended the meeting in Tondo were clamoring for the Key Program and for that particular special man who understand it to appear. During the years of my involvement in transacting accounts, I used to hear that there is a mysterious man entrusted to open the account, that he is the keeper of something like the Great Grand Master Key, the people say he could be one of the offspring of Marcos, that his identity is super secret. The fact is, if he is wanted all over the world, coming out is not really easy. Ok, despite endless frustrations, I sincerely believe there is a man who can open the accounts, for why will there be accounts and we will not be able to use it? Why will there be a key program and no one will be able to understand it? I recall banks were used to say as they reject attempts to withdraw money from the accounts, " that there is still one signature missing." Could the missing signature be the signature of the man who owns the Key Program? Is the Key Program actually the Great Grand Master Key? Yes, I now believe we have the key to open the accounts; now we only have to find and coax the right guy to show himself and use the key.I told myself " enough!" We have failed enough, the time has come for the world to know the secret if that is the process needed for the accounts to be opened. This is my justification why I will ask the world’s media their assistance to persuade the mysterious man to come out now . I do not have the money to finance media coverage, I am just banking on the idea that media people will understand the importance of this effort. May I call, may I implore that for our sake let us urge this man to appear and finally open the accounts. I am sure the government and the people can give him security.Please let us run a story for this, let us flash announcements that we want him to come out to help our country and help the world. Let us give a daily space to this endeavor until the right guy appears. If you think this is silly and foolish, I say we have been publishing and airing a lot more foolish things, but this foolishness you are calling here now, may one day save our world from a catastrophe. For the skeptics, I implore to let this idea work first, there is no harm in trying! For the good hearted people specially those in power, to our friends, to our brother, if you think you can make this thing happen, If you think you can help or contribute to ease our suffering, I appeal to you- help us to make the the man who can open the accounts appear. I believe God allowed the accounts to be locked as protection for its purpose is noble. I also believe it is his will that someone will open it and led us to a new life we have never thought will be possible. This is not for the account holders only but for all of us Filipinos and the world. This idea will serve as my contribution for the betterment of the Filipino nation and the world. Let this nation and the world cry….…TO THE MAN WHO KNOWS THE KEY PROGRAM: "KINDLY COME OUT NOW AND HELP THE FILIPINO PEOPLE, WE HAVE SUFFERED LONG ENOUGH! DEAR FRIEND, WHOEVER YOU ARE, THE ENTIRE FILIPINO RACE WILL OWE YOU AN ETERNAL GRATITUDE".PLEASE! PLEASE! COME OUT NOW AND UNLOCK THE ACCOUNTS !!!!
